Attention

• Each participant must register separately.
• Only full registration (non-student registration) can include accepted paper.
• One of the paper authors is requested to complete full registration by August 31, 2023 for technical program arrangement.
• One full registration can include 1 paper. The author who has more than 1 paper accepted should pay an additional fee.
• Student registrants (member or non-member) must provide proof of student status by uploading a copy of his/her university identification (ID) card through on-line registration system. IET Member/IEEE Member rates are only available to individuals who are IET Member/IEEE Member at the time of registration.
• Any paper without registration will be withdrawn automatically.
• The organizer reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference if the paper is not presented at the conference.

Online Registration and Payment

Online registration and payment are highly recommended. Registration payment will be processed through a secure web-based credit card payment system. All payments must be made in Taiwanese Dollars. Registration fees can be paid by credit card (Visa, and MasterCard are acceptable).

Early bird registration form must be received by August 31, 2023. If it is not received by this deadline, on-site fees will be applied.

Refund Policy

All refund or cancellation requests must be made in writing, by e-mail (iceta.iet@gmail.com) and confirmed by the Secretariat.

• On and Before September 15, 2023: 100% Refund
• September 16 to September 30, 2023: 50% Refund
• After September 30, 2023: 0% Refund
