  • Mexico: The 2025-2030 National Development Plan has been published, with an emphasis on energy sovereignty and sustainable transition

    The 2025-2030 National Development Plan, published April 15, outlines the Mexican government's roadmap for the next five years, with a priority focus on energy security and sovereignty. Through 51 strategic projects, it aims to generate more than 22,000 additional MW, reduce dependence on imports, and achieve a sustainable energy transition that contributes to combating climate change and guarantees equitable access to energy.
  • Mexico: The Hydrocarbons Sector Law incorporates formulation as a new regulated activity
