Garrigues’ GoCertius named Disruptive Technology of the Year by Law.com

GoCertius, the innovative application developed by g-digital -Garrigues’ digital business division-, took the Disruptive Technology of the Year award at the European Legal Innovation & Technology Awards, organized by Law.com.

These prestigious awards, which celebrated their 11th edition this year, recognize projects and professionals that are transforming the European legal industry through technology and innovation.

GoCertius enables any user to certify photos, videos, chats and other digital content to serve as legally valid electronic evidence. Thanks to its qualified time stamp, regulated under the European eIDAS directive, it guarantees the existence, integrity and authenticity of digital evidence, with full legal effect throughout the European Union and the United Kingdom.

Since its launch in 2024, the application has generated over 40,000 pieces of certified evidence and has proven its usefulness in the real estate, insurance and health sectors, as well as in resolving court disputes.

This project is the product of the collaboration between g-digital and EADTrust, Garrigues’ specialist digital trust services subsidiary.
